SLOW FLOW Yoga – Monday Mornings
A lovely slow flowing class for those wishing to have an active start to the beginning of the week; you will be guided to flow with your movements following your breath as the pace and strength builds during each session in the course.
Limited to 8 spaces only, ensuring individual attention to get optimum benefit from your yoga class.
